This customer in Dacula reached out to us for an inspection on his roof because of possible damage. The next day, we came out and performed the inspection and found hail damage on 3 of the 4 slopes of the roof. The next step was to contact their insurance company and schedule an adjustment. The insurance adjuster came out and found the same damage we had noted, and the customer stated that he was going with Good Shepherd Roofing because of our prompt response and the fact that our findings matched up with what the insurance had found. There was a gap between insurance claim approval and the time of installation, but through persistent follow up and providing knowledge to the customer, we were able to install the full job in just one day.
