He has been married to his middle school sweetheart, and together, they’re raising four dynamic kids. Dustin’s deep involvement doesn’t stop at the office door; he’s as present on the field cheering for his children’s travel baseball games as he is overseeing the daily operations at work. His commitment to his family is matched only by his dedication to our team and clients, for whom he would quite literally give the shirt off his back.
A veteran of the 101st, Dustin served as a combat engineer in the elite 21 Bravo, Special Forces. This experience honed his leadership skills and instilled a deep sense of duty and resilience, which he brings to every challenge and project at Good Shepherd Roofing.
Known among friends and colleagues for his love of sports, Dustin brings the same passion to pickleball courts as he does to strategic business meetings. His competitive spirit and zest for life energize those around him, creating an atmosphere where teamwork and camaraderie flourish.

Dustin Taylor is one of the key members of the Good Shepherd Roofing team and serves as the company’s General Manager in charge of sales, delivery and making sure that customer’s are satisfied and well taken care of.
