Super nice people! From start to finish GSR provided honest, professional service and no pressure. Jordan, Mario and crew did an excellent job on my roof repair. It was done quickly with no debris or nails left behind. I’m really happy with their work. My insurance company didn’t cover much of the repair but GSR was very reasonably priced and flexible in discussing payment options. GSR was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate for roof replacement. Jordan Harris arrived in a few hours, inspected the roof, and provided an estimate that same day. The roof was replaced in about a week. I am impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness with which they answered my questions. I love the work Good Shepherd did on my roof. They fixed a roof leak that has been leaking for a while, and another roofer couldn’t get to the root cause of my roof leak. But Good Shepherd came and solved my roof leak problems. I would highly recommend this company. Everyone is so nice and very helpful. Connor is a sweetheart as well as Tracy who’s their receptionist and Dustin Taylor the manager of the company. I love this team. They work together to make sure you get the best repairs to your roof.
