Cathy contacted Good Shepherd Roofing after a neighbor in her subdivision used GSR for a roof replacement. This particular neighborhood in Buford, GA had experienced high wind speeds during a particular storm and many homes suffered wind damage to their roofs. GSR performed an inspection of Cathy’s roof and determined that she had many of the same damage issues that were experienced by other neighbors. Wind damage is particularly concerning as it degrades the long term durability of the shingle and will begin to allow moisture to come into the interior of the home.
After meeting with the insurance adjuster the Good Shepherd Roofing team pointed out the damage that we found and was able to get Cathy approved for a roof replacement via her insurance due to the damage that was experienced.
The GSR team was able to replace the roof in one day and Cathy was very pleased with her experience and the overall color choice and quality build that the GSR team was able to achieve in her new roof.
