This customer contacted Good Shepherd Roofing after noticing some significant water spots developing in their interior ceilings on drywall. Generally, when GSR sees interior water spotting on drywall it can indicate that there is either leaking pipes in the attic spaces causing damage (such as condensate lines from HVAC systems) or it can also be a sign of a damaged roof and non-performing roofing system.
