Good Shepherd Roofing performed a complete roof replacement and significant decking replacement for this customer in downtown Buford, Georgia.
This customer contacted GSR after noticing challenges and water spotting with their existing roofing system. Good Shepherd Roofing was able to inspect their roofing system and identify numerous issues with the aged roofing system which included significant moisture and deterioration of the decking underneath the metal roofing.
This customer elected to replace the existing metal roofing system with an architectural shingle. During the install the GSR team replaced numerous rotten and warped decking pieces.
The customer was pleased with the final product and will enjoy many, many years of moisture free worries with their new roofing system and architectural shingles installed by Good Shepherd Roofing.
