Vickie T. – Roof Replacement Dacula

Vickie contacted Good Shepherd Roofing to review her roof and to provide her options. When she first called she wanted to get expert, unbiased advice on how much more time she had until she might need a new roof. Our GSR team reviewed Vickie’s roof and found several items that needed attention. GSR explained our findings and showed detailed photos of the damage that was identified. The decision was left up to the customer but we did let Vickie know that the roof was at the very end of it’s useful life and could start to cause problems on the interior if it was left much longer. We provided a comprehensive, detailed estimate on the cost to replace the roof as part of our analysis. Vickie chose to replace the roof with Good Shepherd Roofing. We were able to get her a brand new, architectural shingle roof with unique algae resistant characteristics which were a must for the home given the tree cover around the home.
