Laura Martin is a super nice, and friendly lady who we had the absolute pleasure of working with. She has a beautiful vision and we are gonna turn that into a reality by going above and beyond to ensure absolute satisfaction.
Her beautiful residential home was in need of some exterior work and full roof replacement.
We are doing a full exterior paint on this home after we remove and replace some rotten trim around windows and doors. This home is also getting a full roof replacement which is gonna look amazing with the new paint. After we finish with the roof we are removing the existing deck and replacing it with a new one.

Customer's Situation and Needs
The issue has been getting worse over the past year due to not being inspected and maintained properly.
The client was a little worried about getting this done in a timely manner and wanted to make sure we were able to deliver fast, excellent service at a fair price.
Assessment and Recommendations
After inspecting the roof we noticed that the shingles had thermal cracking on a majority of the roof. After a closer look we noticed that they are Atlas Chalet which are discontinued. We also noticed chipping paint and rotten trim all around the house.
We suggested a full roof replacement not just because the shingles are discontinued but also due to the age and damage of shingles. After the roof replacement we suggested replacing and painting all of the rotten trim. The deck is not repairable so we suggested removing and replacing it with a new one using pressure treated wood.
Chosen Solution
We used GAF Timberline HDZ shingles on the roof. For the trim around the house we used Natural Choice. For the metal over bay window and small metal strips are Caviar. For the siding we used Hulett Ore, all paint is from Sherwin Williams.
She loved the idea of changing the look of her home. She had a vision from the start, and we helped her see it through.

Project Details
• Painting the exterior of the home took two days due to having to remove, replace, and paint most of the trim around the house.
• The challenging part of this project was factoring in weather conditions such as temperature changes and rain.
Results and Benefits
The results of this project brought the home back to life from top to bottom by making it look like new again. Regular maintenance can help in protecting the integrity of your home. Since the previous deck was unusable the new deck will be able to be enjoyed for many years to come.
